How Swap it! Encrypt it! Works
After a sender selects their appropriate file transfer size and pays accordingly, two things will happen. First they'll be directed towards their upload page, second they will receive an e-mail containing a link to their upload page. Swap it! Encrypt it! supplies senders with a copy of their upload link in case they become disconnected during their upload, or in case they decide they no longer need to use the file transfer and wish to save it for another time.
Once the sender has arrived at their upload page; sender enters the recipient’s e-mail address, attaches the file and sends it; the sender receives an e-mail containing their order details and a copy of the download link; recipient then receives an e-mail notification that includes a URL to their download.
When the recipient downloads their file, the sender is notified.
Sometimes e-mails containing the 'upload your file' or 'download your file' link can end up in the senders or recipients junk mail or spam folder, so it's always important to check these folders. When e-mail from Swap it! Encrypt it! or Swap it! Encrypt it! Lite arrives in your junk mail or spam folder, it's important to mark the e-mail as "Not Junk". Marking e-mails from Swap it! Encrypt it! as "Not Junk" will ensure that future e-mails from Swap it! Encrypt it! will arrive in the mail folder of your e-mail inbox.

One of two things will happen next, if you've entered a free file transfer coupon you will be taken to your file sending page; however, if you've entered a discount coupon the Swap it! Encrypt it! file transfer price list will up date to the appropriate discount and you will then be required to click the 'Check out with Pay Pal' button so you can make your payment.
