The Swap it! Encrypt it!™ service allows users to send files to recipients identified by a valid email address (the "Service") either through the swapitencryptit.com website (the "Site") or one of the Swap it! Encrypt it!™ software applications available for download from the Site (the "Software"). The Service operates by storing the user files on a Swap it! Encrypt it!™ server and then sending to the recipient an email message that contains a link to the user file. The recipient can then access and download the user file (for up to 24 hours) by clicking on the link.
We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information we receive from users of the Site, the Service and the Software. If you have questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, you should first contact Swap it! Encrypt it!™ at legal@swapitencryptit.com.
